We, the members of VINCENT PAUL HUMAN RIGHTS, EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE CHECKS INITIATIVE FOUNDATION, are a not-for-profit and non-political organization. This initiative provides information and outlines the major objectives of the foundation in accordance with internationally recognized frameworks.

do firmly and solemnly resolve to provide the above tripartite social provisions for all and sundry within the limited capacity and scope of the members of this foundation and governing Council Control; as contribution to humanity; stratified on arrangements of the above major stated core and central Services of the foundation
